A Lush & Opulent Syrian Wedding.

We felt right at home designing this wedding
for Lina and Mohammad.
Lina wanted a opulent stage that had beautiful flowers,
lounge and lovely gold chandelier. This was right up my alley.
(In middle eastern weddings the stage that seats the couple
is of prime importance as its the only place where most of the
pictures are taken. So the stage must be opulent and fabulous)
We used a white lounge with gold details from our collection,
a gold chandelier with tear drop crystals and peach roses.
4 Tall arrangements graced the stage with lush hydrangeas,
full open roses and orchids.
Lina carried a bouquet with Juliet's( garden roses in peach),
stephanotis embellished with pearls and soft pink mini roses.
A very simple and elegant bouquet!
We used tall candelabras in gold with peach roses, soft pink roses
with hanging pearls and crystals for the centerpieces.
A lush log and low arrangement graced the sweet heart table with
roses and orchids. We used linens, chargers and gold chiavari chairs
are from our personal collection to design this wedding!
The cake from Fab Cake was amazing.
Look at it, ts simply beautiful!
Wedding Elegance by Nahid beautifully planned this wedding
for the lovely couple.

Thank you Lina and Mohammad for letting us be a part
of your special day. It was wonderful to work with you!

Melissa and Pete's wedding at The Dana
on Mission Bay.

This wedding was elegant and beautiful with a bright fushia pink roses,
 orchids and hydrangeas.
The beautiful ballroom at the Dana in Mission Bay
was filled with these gorgeous beautiful arrangements.
I met Melissa through her sister Erica, who's wedding
we designed a couple of years ago.
You can see Erica's wedding HERE
Melissa, carried a beautiful bouquet of purple vanda
orchids, phaleonopsis orchids, roses embellished
with beautiful jewels. The Ceremony had the beautiful San Diego
Bay as the back drop with sail boats.
2 Tall arrangements with hydrangea blooms, roses and orchids
cascading stood tall on pedestals covered with gold rosette fabric.
The reception carried the same style and design
with one sided cascading orchids.
We used linens, charges and napkins from our very own collection.
Robert Battoe planned this event beautiful.
Thank you Robert and it was wonderful to work with you.

Thank you Melissa and Pete, it was wonderful to design a
beautiful wedding for both of you!

All you need is Wings.

If your dressing up for Halloween all you need is
a pair of wings, a sexy jacket and couple yards of fabric.
I was inspired by Goth and Edwardian era styling.
So I paired a simple black jacket with a couple yards of fabric,
beautiful white orchids and my black wings...
I had to have flowers and what better choice than orchids!

This is what I do behind the scenes. Perks of being a Designer!

Wedding at US GRANT

To start a beautiful week, we have a lovely wedding
at the US Grant. Stephanie carried a lovely bouquet
with all white roses and gardenias.
Simple, Elegant and Perfect!
The ceremony was in the Crystal Ballroom with 2 beautiful
tall arrangements with roses, orchids and tulips.
The Crystal Ballroom is simply magnificent with those
jaw dropping opulent chandeliers!
The reception continued in the Celestial Ballroom with
tall manzanita trees and striking rich red roses.
This ballroom lights up so beautiful, with lovely vaulted
ceilings supported by majestic columns.

Its such a double bonus working with a lovely
Bride and Groom & an Amazing venue.

Wedding at Morgan Run Resort.

This wedding in the Morgan Run Resort has beautiful colors.
Beautiful coral roses, crisp green cymbidium orchids,
stephanotis embellished with pearls with soft pink lizianthus
make this bouquet a lovely option to walk down the aisle
The arch was decorated with lovely combination of
lovely soft pink and lavender roses with accents of peach/cinnamon
color rose. We used the same color petals in swirls for the aisle.
The petals for the aisle almost came out like an ombre color.
We used the same colors in the reception
as well with lovely blue lighting.

Stephanotis

Stephanotis is a beautiful, dainty and super elegant.
Its a wonderful choice for a bridal bouquet.
These simple blooms can be embellished with pearls or
crystals and they look absolutely stunning!

You can always add simple blooms in a glass cloche
to give a table setting a different look.

3 Beautiful Bouquets.

We try and make something different
yet very similar in some aspects.
Three simple and beautiful white bouquets for this past weekend.
Starting from the left, we have all white roses with fragrant
gardenias wrapped with beautiful gold lace.
This bouquet is classic and timeless!
The middle one is another gorgeous beauty with full
open white roses, white cymbidium orchids, calla lilies
and stephanotis embellished with pearls.
Many brides love stephanotis, its dainty and beautiful!
The 3rd lovely one is with all white roses with
soft pink cymbidium orchids wrapped with a beautiful
gold lace.
So now you can pick any one of these 3 bouquets and
you would look fabulous walking down the aisle.
All white yet with a very slight hint of color!

Jennifer & Mark's Wedding
at Hilton Torrey Pines.

When I first met Jennifer and heard her speak
about her vision for the wedding, I was excited for a couple of reasons.
Firstly,Jennifer wanted to have an all tropical wedding,
and I haven't done one since the 90's..(Oh Yes 90's)
Back then I got only tropical weddings and it was a thing going on then.
Secondly, I wanted to do something different this time with my designs as
back then it was all about greens, greens and more greens.
Before I dive into the details, THANK YOU Jennifer and Mark for letting
me be a part of your special day!!!
Jennifer wore a gorgeous gown and to match the beauty of the gown
we designed an equally fabulous cascading bouquet with
white phalaenopsis orchid and green cymbidium orchids.
We used mostera leaves, birds of paradise, parakids,
red anthuriums and orchids throughout the
ceremony and reception.
Thanks to Wedding Elegance by Nahid who planned
the wedding beautifully!
Have a Wonderful Wednesday.

Pink and Gold table setting.

Summer might be over but it does not feel like that.
Irrespective of seasons or occasions you can choose
what ever  floral and decor you need.
These colors, gold, pink and lavender
are perfect for anytime of the year.
Simple, opulent and elegant.
We used pictured frames which are very popular
now and they are perfect decor for walls, floral,
place cards, and a lot more.
Have a Fabulous Monday!

Timeless Classic Bouquet.

White Roses and Gardenias are a timeless classic
I can "gara-damm-t" that this will never go out of style.

Quintin and Breanne

Breanne and Quentine were planning their wedding from Canada
and Palm Springs and they trusted us to bring their vision to life.
An intimate wedding for 60 guests at the beautiful Paradise Point Resort.
Both of them love orchids and wanted
to incorporate alot of them in their ceremony. Plethora of orchids
dripping from a tree screams opulence.
A giant manzanita trees was used at the ceremony full with orchids.

Breanne loves blue dendrobium orchids and we added these lovely
orchids to her bouquet embellished with pearls.
The reception continued with the couples love for orchids.
We incorporated potted orchids to the centerpieces with our collection of
teal blue pintuck linen.
Thank you Breanne and Quentine and we wish a all the joy and
happiness in the world.

Vibrant floral to kick start Fall

With summer come to an end, we welcome fall
with this fabulous party for Mesch Family.
The party was for Jamie's parents (wedding we designed
at La Costa, you can see the video here )
Lush beautiful florals, an opulent floral chandelier
and lovely rich linen all to bid the summer goodbye
until next year.
Our favorite part was to design the florals chandelier.
As a designer its always exciting
to design floral chandelier because it brings
the opulence and wow factor to any event.

"RePurpose"

Sometimes we over buy for weddings in terms of products.
Yesterday I was about to throw aways some gorgeous
mini cataleya orchids and it pains my heart to do
something like this.
With my love for gold at its paramount now,
I picked up a gold spray can and sprayed
these orchids gold. Oh yes I did it!!!
They turned out just magnificent.
So I put together a table setting with the rich tones of gold,
 champagne, peach, white and pink.
Perfect for a short centerpiece, lush, rich and opulent.

Kimberly's Wedding
at Paradise Point Resort

San Diego is one of the most beautiful
locations for a destination wedding.
The perfect weather, amazing beach front
locations are a few to mention.
Kimberly chose The Paradise Point Resort for her wedding.
It is one of our favorite locations to design a wedding.
She chose a vibrant color palette for the wedding.
We incorporated vibrant orange roses, crisp green orchids,
hot pink roses and mokara orchids throughout the wedding!
We created a lush bamboo chuppah full with orchids and roses
and incorporated the same colors in the reception as well.

Ann Strobel from Ann's Plans coordinated this wedding beautifully.
Thank you Karen from The Paradise Point Resort,
it is always wonder to design a wedding at the resort

White Tulips

I love tulips alot. As a designer I love to play with flowers
and twist them in different shapes.
Tulips are perfect as they can follow the sun
and stand tall or cascade elegantly.
When in full bloom they are majestic and elegant.
With a perfect touch of white and green
these beauties are a must have for any event.
For this table setting we used these gorgeous white tulips
to create an elegant long table
This setting is perfect for a head table, elegant, lush and modern.
